Sangfroid is a healing facility in the heart of Johannesburg, South Africa, 15 minutes drive from OR Tambo international airport. We use Ibogaine, which is a legally recognized treatment in South Africa, for treatment of addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD and psycho spiritual exploration.

At Sangfroid we focus on set and setting to ensure that you are safe, comfortable and well looked after throughout the process.
Our Ibogaine treatments are done under medical supervision and our other treatments are done with the help of an experienced guide who will take care of the physical setting and act as a pillar of strength.
We provide healthy, organic meals and cater for Halal, Kosher, vegan and vegetarians. Please speak to us for any other requirements, we will accommodate you.
We pride ourselves on integrity, privacy, confidentiality and attention.
We treat one person at a time to ensure personal space for healing and self-exploration.
Should 2 people wish to book together, we can accommodate this.
We are a favorable destination for foreigners due to the exchange rate, enabling us to offer lowest rates worldwide whilst upholding an excellent standard.
Length of stay at our facility ranges from 2 nights for ibogaine and 1 night for other treatments.
